Auto-Generated email (Commercial Freezer / Pipeline, etc.)
Commercial units can send regular updates (hourly, daily) or just send an alarm or notification if it needs service.
If regular, they are pre-programmed to say their Unit ID#, and Status (OK)
If there is an alert (i.e., temperature is falling the in freezer) It might send the Unit ID#, Status (Failing) and perhaps the nature of the failure.
The status emails come into Omni screen, and if the update is, "Status OK", Omni can be set to auto-archive the email.
If the status is, "Failing", the SLA of that email can be escalated and sent to the front of the Omni queue.
